titleOfInvention | Method of producing organomineral, complex fertilizers and a process line for its implementation |
abstract | FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing organomineral complex fertilizers from different types of organic material (peat, sapropel, biohumus, brown coal) and a process line for production thereof. Method involves preliminary preparation of an alkali solution, raw material – peat, sapropel, biohumus, brown coal – subjected to alkaline extraction and receipt dispersion and micronutrients are added. Before passage of alkaline extraction and cavitation dispersion, peat, sapropel and biohumus are subjected to preliminary purification from sand and other insoluble inclusions, and brown coal – preliminary grinding to 0.5–1 mm fraction. 50 % alkaline solution of KOH is introduced differentially until the active formation of humic and fulvic acid salts is stopped. Suspension of ready organomineral complex fertilizers undergoes multistage purification to produce ballast-free fertilizer. Method allows to produce ballast organic-mineral complex fertilizers due to use of multi-stage system for purification of suspension of finished product, as well as to improve quality of obtained fertilizers. Process line comprises storage bin for organic material, with installed on it vibratory separator and screw conveyor, tank for solution of alkali, pump dispenser, pH level sensor, dismembrator, coarse filter hydrocyclones, fine cleaning centrifuge, micronutrient element containers, dispenser pumps and storage tank, wherein in case of brown coal use the line additionally comprises a hammer type grinder and a screw conveyor installed in front of the collecting hopper, and in case of peat / sapropel / biohumus – vibratory separator installed on accumulation bin, and hydromechanical unit for raw material pre-treatment, equipped with flow water heater and blade mixer installed after screw conveyor. n EFFECT: this line enables to obtain complex fertilizers from different types of organic raw materials (peat, sapropel, biohumus and brown coal) with a dosed amount of different micronutrient elements on one line to increase the efficiency of the formation of humic and fulvic acid salts and reduce wear of used equipment due to cleaning of raw material from sand and other foreign impurities. n 2 cl, 1 dwg |
