titleOfInvention | Diagnostic technique for agents of acute respiratory viral infections |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry, immunology and medicine, particularly to diagnostics of acute respiratory viral infections. Disclosed is a method for differential diagnosis of agents of respiratory viral infections, involving: treatment with a lysis buffer solution of sample prior to introduction into test system; preparation of an analytical sample – preliminary mixing of a biological sample and detecting monoclonal antibodies in the final concentration of latter at 1 mcg/ml of each; blocking active groups on a biochip substrate, which is a protein chip for simultaneous detection of influenza A virus in a sample, influenza virus B of Victorian and Yamagata lines, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, parainfluenza viruses 2 and 3 types containing monoclonal antibodies to said viruses, wherein the protein chip is a substrate with activated aldehyde groups or an amino silane substrate, locking is performed in two steps; introduction and single-step incubation of prepared analytical sample in biochip; detecting the presence of viruses in the sample by immunofluorescence analysis with establishing the level of fluorescence. n EFFECT: invention provides simplifying the analysis procedure, reducing the analysis time, increasing the sensitivity and specificity of the method for simultaneous detection of several viruses. n 4 cl, 12 dwg, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
