FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts for hydrofining of diesel fuel with low content of sulfur. Described is a catalyst comprising, wt.%: [Co(H 2 O) 2 (C 6 H 5 O 7 )] 2 [Mo 4 O 11 (C 6 H 5 O 7 ) 2 ] – 11.42–18.9, Co 2 [H 2 P 2 Mo 5 O 23 ] – 12.1–22.6 and (NH 4 ) 4 [Mo 4 (C 6 H 5 O 7 ) 2 O 11 ] – 3.25–4.73; support – balance containing, wt%: in terms of oxides of non-metals SiO 2 – 0.1–20 and B 2 O 3 – 0–10; Na is not more than 0.03; γ- and χ-Al 2 O 3 – balance, wherein ratio of low-temperature forms of aluminum oxide χ-Al 2 O 3 and γ-Al 2 O 3 in the support in wt% is (0–40):(100–60). Catalyst has specific surface area of 140–180 m 2 /g, pore volume of 0.35–0.70 cm 3 /g, average pore diameter of 9–13.5 nm and is particles with cross-section in form of circle, trefoil or quartet with diameter of circumscribed circle of 1.0–1.6 mm and length of up to 20 mm. After sulphurisation using known techniques, catalyst contains, wt.%: 11–14 Mo, 2–4 Co, 0.8–1.5 P, 9.0–11.4 S; carrier – balance, wherein carrier contains, wt%: SiO 2 – 0.1–20.0 and B 2 O 3 – 0–10; Na is not more than 0.03; γ- and χ-Al 2 O 3 – balance, wherein ratio of low-temperature forms of aluminum oxide χ-Al 2 O 3 and γ-Al 2 O 3 in the support in the following ratios, wt%: (0–40):(100–60). n EFFECT: maximum activity of the catalyst in target reactions occurring during hydrofining of diesel fuel. n 4 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
