abstract FIELD: butter industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of a method of producing naphthene process oils. One of the versions includes: a) vacuum distillation of fuel oil from naphthenic raw material from an apparatus for atmospheric distillation of naphthenic raw material to produce one or more naphthene vacuum gas oils in one or more viscosity ranges and having a viscosity-weight constant (VWC) in range from 0.85 to 0.895; b) mixing at least one such naphthenic vacuum gas oil having a viscosity-weight constant (VWC) in range of 0.85 to 0.895, with feedstock with high carbon content of aromatic compounds, having a viscosity-weight constant (VWC) greater than 0.95, determined in accordance with ASTM D2501, selected from ethylene cracking residues, a suspension in oil product, heavy recycle gas oil and light recycle gas oil to obtain at least one mixed oil; and c) hydrotreated said at least one mixed oil to obtain naphthene process oil with high carbon content of aromatic compounds. At that, both raw materials with high content of carbon of aromatic compounds, and naphthenic process oil with high content of carbon of aromatic compounds have content of carbon of aromatic compounds higher than content in oil, obtained by means of the same hydraulic treatment of only one or more naphthene vacuum gas oils.
