abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing alkenylphthalamido- and alkenylamidophthalideno-succinimides. Method comprises reacting maleic anhydride with polyalphaolefin of molecular weight 700–900, or with polyisobutylene with molecular weight of 750–950, or with ethylene oligomer with molecular weight of 800–950, or with copolymer of ethylene and propylene, containing 60–65 % of propylene units, with molecular weight of 850–1,000. Process is carried out in the presence of an initiator first at temperature of 80–100 °C for 1.5–2.5 hours, then at 170–190 °C for 4–5.5 hours at a molar ratio of polyalphaolefin, polyisobutylene, ethylene oligomer, copolymer of ethylene and propylene : maleic anhydride = 1:1–1.02 with subsequent condensation of obtained alkenyl succinic anhydride in industrial oil with N-ethyleneamino-N'-triethylene triaminophthaldiamide or N-ethyleneamino-N'-triethylene triaminoamidophthalidene at a molar ratio of alkenylsuccinic anhydride : N-ethyleneamino-N'-triethylene triaminopthalaldiamide or N-ethyleneamino-N'-triethylene triaminoamidophthalidene = 1–2:1 first at 80–95 °C for 1.5–2 hours, then at 155–170 °C for 4–4.5 hours, then water and impurities contained in initial raw material are distilled and formed due to insignificant decomposition of synthesis products at temperature 140–148 °C/10–16 mm Hg. n EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing alkenylphthalamido- and alkenylamidophthalideno-succinimides. n 5 cl, 3 tbl, 10 ex |
