abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to endocrinology and ophthalmology. Method comprises administering a medicinal mixture into a lymphatic region of an orbit on the side of the involved eye by performing pterygo-palatine blockades, wherein the medicinal mixture contains: lidocaine 20–40 mg, gemase 3000–5000 units, dexazone 4–8 mg, xefocam – 4.0–8.0 mg, dalargin 1–2 mg.
