titleOfInvention Method for flotation concentration of ores and non-metallic mineral raw materials
abstract FIELD: mining. n SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to mining industry, namely, to concentration of minerals by flotation method, and can be used in deep processing of ore and nonmetallic minerals. Method of flotation concentration of ores and non-metallic mineral raw material involves preparation of gas-water emulsion "oxygen-water" by electrochemical method – passing of water through anode chamber of flow membrane electrolytic cell, preparation of water-gas mixture, saturated with hydrogen bubbles, preferably with size of 50 mcm or less, by passing water-gas mixture through cathode chamber of flow membrane electrolytic cell, mixing of mineral suspension with gas-water emulsion "oxygen-water" and water-gas mixture saturated with hydrogen bubbles in flotation machine chamber, where mineral suspension is mixed and saturated with air bubbles of increased flotation size. To increase extraction of slurry productive fraction water-gas mixture saturated with hydrogen bubbles mainly with size of 50 mcm and less, after passing through cathode chamber of flow membrane electrolyzer is additionally subjected to ultrasonic treatment. Before, during or after ultrasonic treatment floatation agents – foaming agent, depressor and collector – are dosed into water-gas mixture. Collector of sodium or potassium xanthogenate is metered into gas-water emulsion "oxygen-water" for partial oxidation to dixanthogenate. Obtained emulsion is fed into a mixer with a mineral suspension simultaneously with the water-gas mixture before introduction into the flotation machine chamber. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of floatation concentration of ores. n 1 cl
