abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to planning orthodontic treatment. Disclosed are a method for creating an orthodontic treatment regimen for at least one dental arch of a patient, a system for realizing its purpose and a machine-readable medium used by the system for long-term storage of information. Method includes the following stages, realized with the help of at least one computing device: extracting information on dental check points for at least one patient's dental arch from patient's data obtained in the form of digital three-dimensional models of teeth arrangement; determining, based on extracted information on control points of the desired dental arch of the patient; calculating one or more dental motion steps based on the determined desired dental arch of the patient; and creating, based on the calculated dental motions, orthodontic treatment regimens for at least one dental arch of the patient. n EFFECT: group of inventions provides more effective planning of orthodontic treatment. n 20 cl, 30 dwg |
