titleOfInvention Method for integrated processing of produced water of oil fields
abstract FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for complex processing of hydromineral material, for example, natural brines or produced water of oil fields, to obtain compounds of lithium, rubidium, magnesium, iodine, bromine. Method for complex processing of produced water of oil deposits includes preliminary purification of water from mechanical impurities and oil with subsequent successive extraction of magnesium, lithium, iodine and bromine, wherein lithium and iodine are extracted by selective sorption, magnesium – by deposition, bromine – by air desorption, with subsequent use of produced water in system for maintaining formation pressure of oil deposits. After preliminary purification of water from mechanical impurities and oil decarbonisation of the produced water is carried out by adding catholyte solution of sodium hydroxide to pH=9 and filtration of the formed calcium carbonate. Then, lithium and rubidium is extracted on selective sorbents and water is supplied to magnesium precipitation in form of magnesium hydroxide, where catholyte solution of sodium hydroxide is used as precipitator. After extraction of magnesium water is directed for extraction of iodine and bromine. Part of water after complex processing is subjected to electrolysis for production of catholyte solution of sodium hydroxide, which is directed to precipitation of magnesium in form of hydroxide, and gaseous chlorine, part of which is directed to regeneration of rubidium sorbent and oxidation of iodides and bromides to molecular state before extraction of iodine and bromine, and the remaining part of gaseous chlorine and hydrogen after electrolysis of water is used to produce hydrochloric acid, which is directed to acidify water before extraction of iodine and bromine. n EFFECT: invention increases degree of extraction of useful inorganic components from natural brines or oil fields produced water. n 1 cl, 2 tbl, 1 dwg
