FIELD: biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a genetically modified mouse, which expresses human immunoglobulin heavy and light chain variable domains, where human variable light chain variable domains are expressed from a single rearranged Vκ1-39/Jκ5 human sequence present in mouse germline genome, as well as to B-cell obtained from said mouse, and hybridoma obtained from said cell. Also disclosed is a method of producing an antibody and a method of producing a bispecific human antibody, which involve use of said mouse. Invention also relates to use of said mouse in producing an antibody, for cell production, which expresses a human bispecific antibody, as well as for identifying a variable domain of a human immunoglobulin heavy chain present in the immunoglobulin heavy chain, which is associated with common light chain. n EFFECT: invention enables efficient antibody production. n 19 cl, 3 dwg, 12 tbl, 10 ex |
