abstract FIELD: biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a genetically modified mouse, which expresses human immunoglobulin heavy and light chain variable domains, where human variable light chain variable domains are expressed from a single rearranged Vκ1-39/Jκ5 human sequence present in mouse germline genome, as well as to B-cell obtained from said mouse, and hybridoma obtained from said cell. Also disclosed is a method of producing an antibody and a method of producing a bispecific human antibody, which involve use of said mouse.
