titleOfInvention Method and system for generation of individual recommendations on diet based on analysis of microbiota composition
abstract FIELD: microbiology. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of microbiology. Disclosed is a method and a computer system for generating a dietary intervention recommendation for a user, wherein the system comprises a processor and a memory with a recorded program for realizing the method. Method involves preparing a kit consisting of the intended dietary intervention for the user and the composition data of the intestinal microbiota thereof, the server, extracting from the dietary intervention database sets of data on the intestinal microbial composition in the subjects following the dietary intervention, distribution of each of the selected subjects into a high-response group (responder) and a low response rate (non-responder) to the produced dietary intervention, forming, based on data and a group of responses, a prediction algorithm for the degree of the individual response to a dietary intervention, classifying the user as a responder or non-responder and forming a dietary intervention recommendation for the user. n EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of recommendations and effectiveness of various dietary interventions. n 15 cl, 4 dwg
