FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental pharmacology, and can be used for correction of structural damages of placental tissues. That is ensured by intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg daily in the Wistar rats from 14th to 20th day of pregnancy reproducing the pre-eclampsia model. Correction of structural damages of placental tissues is carried out by introducing a peptide imitating α-helix of B erythropoietin P-αB intraperitoneal administration in dose of 50 mcg/kg/day from 10 to 20 days of pregnancy. n EFFECT: method enables correcting structural damages of placental tissues in conditions of reproducible ADMA similar model of preeclampsia in pregnant rats. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
