abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymerisation method for producing polyolefins in which certain condensing reagents are used. Method involves reacting one or more monomers of at least one catalyst system and at least two inert condensable reagents under polymerisation conditions to produce polyolefin. Vapour pressure of inert condensing reagents differs by not more than ±4 bar abs. of optimum vapour pressure, determined by formula: optimum vapour pressure = 614-716 × D + 2.338 × P + 3.603 × ln(MI), wherein the optimum vapour pressure is expressed in units (bar abs.), D is the density of the polyolefin, expressed in units of (g/cm 3 ), P is the pressure during the polymerization, expressed in units of (barg) and MI denotes melt index of polyolefin, expressed in units of (g/10 min).
