abstract | FIELD: pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and a method for preparing a contrast agent for diagnosing neoplasms by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) based on magnetic modified nanoparticles (MNP) of iron oxide Fe 2 O 3 . For this, by heating while stirring solution of iron (III) acetylacetonate in benzyl alcohol and its holding at the reached temperature, carried out in an atmosphere of an inert gas, followed by cooling of the obtained mixture to obtain a suspension of iron oxide nanoparticles, adding a suspension of a water-soluble polar organic solvent, separating the nanoparticles, resuspending them in an aqueous solution of alkali, mixing the obtained suspension with an aqueous alkaline solution of human serum albumin, incubating the mixture and cleaning, adding aqueous solution of glutaric aldehyde to the suspension, incubating the mixture, adding sodium borohydride solution to mixture, incubating mixture and cleaning it, using iron (III) acetylacetonate solution with concentration of 48–70 g/l, heating is carried out for 5–12 hours to temperature of 160–205 °C, holding at the achieved temperature is carried out for 1–60 minutes, and cooling of the obtained mixture is carried out in the presence of oxygen to obtain a suspension of Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles. n EFFECT: invention allows prolonging the preparation storage life in 2 times both in the form of a suspension and in the form of a lyophilizate. n 1 cl, 4 dwg, 4 ex |
