FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for analysis of presence of neoplasia of female reproductive organs or malignant neoplasia of female reproductive organs taking into account hypermethylation of one or more marker genes. That is ensured by determining the status of methylation of at least one target gene selected from the group BHLHE22, CELF4, CLVS2 and THY1 from the cervical scraping sample. Hypermethylation of one of them indicates endometrial carcinoma.
