abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and pathological physiology, and can be used for determining an inflammatory process of muscular tissue using infrared spectroscopy. Biological material, sample of muscular tissue are examined. Biological material is prepared by sequential three-fold treatment with isotonic sodium chloride solution, double treatment with absolutised isopropyl alcohol with subsequent exposure on specimen with ultrasound at frequency 25 kHz for 30 minutes, with subsequent implementation of infrared spectroscopy in range of 4000–900 cmin the mode of repeatedly violated total internal reflection (RVTIR) on zinc-selenide crystal. Muscular tissue inflammatory process is determined by the presence of one or more absorption bands with maxima at 1550 ± 4 cm, 1516 ± 4 cm, 1402 ± 4 cm, 1307 ± 4 cm, 1048 ± 4 cm.EFFECT: method provides the possibility of accurate, informative, reproducible diagnostics of the intensity of the inflammatory process, with the possibility of determining its localization by using spectral analysis of the biopsy material in the infrared region after preliminary sample preparation.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex |
