titleOfInvention | Method of combined treatment of children with catarrhal complications of lower respiratory tract |
abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used in combined treatment of children with catarrhal complications of lower respiratory tract. That is ensured by injecting Ingaron 100000ME in an aerosol with a background of the basic drug therapy, daily once day for 7 days. At the larynx, trachea and major bronchi diseases, at laryngitis, laryngotracheitis, laryngotraheobronchitis, bronchitis; inhalations of medium-degree aerosol of 6–10 mcm are prescribed, if deep sections of the lungs – alveoli and small bronchi are affected, inhalations of fine dispersity aerosols 2.5–5 mcm are prescribed. That is followed by physiotherapy with narrow-band optical radiation (NOR) at wave length 470 nm with a Spektr LC-02 LED apparatus on a subclavian projection, interscapular and inguinal areas of the patient in continuous mode – 4 minutes per each area, holding the source above the skin with total intensity of radiation – 25–75 %, radiation power – 15–20 mW, radiation power density – 2.5–3 mW/cm.EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of the therapy by increasing the phagocytic activity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes while minimizing the drug load.1 cl, 4 dwg, 3 ex |
