abstract | FIELD: biotechnologies. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Described is a method for producing associates of hematopoietic and stromal progenitor cells. Preparation of stromal sublayer of MSC from stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue with stop of cell divisions with mitomycin C, mononuclear fraction of umbilical blood is added and are co-cultivated for 144 hours to obtain associates of HSPC with atMSC, capable also effectively, as atMSC in monoculture, to suppress activation and proliferation of allogenic lymphocytes.
