titleOfInvention Method of mini access for constant two-chamber epicardial electrocardiostimulation in infants
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery and paediatric cardiology. Skin and subcutaneous fat is incised along middle line 5–6 cm below the sternum. Xiphoid is separated and removed. Lower T-shaped pericardiotomy is performed by means of Farabeuf hooks removal of wound edges. At the same time at the first stage electrodes to ventricular myocardium are fixed. At the second stage, the head end of the surgical table is lowered, turned to the side of the operating surgeon and ends of the electrode are anchored to the right atrium. n EFFECT: method enables qualitative fixation of epicardial ends of stimulating electrodes to the heart with minimum surgical trauma and constant double-chamber epicardial electrocardiostimulation in infants. n 1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
