titleOfInvention Processing method of oil refinery purge streams
abstract FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of processing refinery purge streams, involving the following steps: a) draining the refinery purge stream containing the hydrocarbon component in the suspension phase having a boiling point higher than or equal to 140 °C, with presence of asphaltenes in amount higher than or equal to 5 wt. %, and content of solid substances higher than or equal to 5 wt. %; b) mixing said purge stream at a temperature higher than or equal to 100 °C, with a mixture of hydrocarbons or a fluxing agent which have a total aromatic content of 50 % to 70 % by weight and initial boiling point equal to or higher than temperature, at which mixing is carried out, where said fluxing agent is selected from vacuum gas oil (VGO) with high content of aromatic compounds, high-vacuum gas oil with low content of aromatic compounds (HGVO), clarified oil (LCLO) and mixtures thereof, to form a suspension with content of compounds having a boiling point of Tcp lower than or equal to 350 °C, higher than or equal to 10 wt. %; c) feeding said suspension to a liquid-solid-phase separation step which is carried out at a temperature higher than or equal to 100 °C, separating the solid phase containing the residual organic component and the solid component or cake, and a liquid phase containing residual solid substances; d) cooling the solid phase thus obtained to a temperature lower than 60 °C, including an upper limit, and storing it while maintaining temperature lower than or equal to 60 °C; wherein said method is characterized in that the weight ratio of the blowing stream to the fluxing agent is from 1:0.5 to 1:4; and average holding time of mixture during mixing and before liquid-solid-phase separation is less than or equal to 12 hours. Also disclosed is solid fuel consisting of granules with average diameter of 0.1 mm to 10 cm, which are obtained using the method described above.EFFECT: technical result is a new control mode of liquid-solid-phase separation of blowdown flows coming from oil processing plant, where said new mode enables to solve important aspects associated with handling of solid substances obtained after separation, cake, caused by rheological properties of formed solid substances.9 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl, 3 ex
