abstract FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and ecology and can be used for cultivation of lands formerly occupied by aeration fields. Deposits are ground in a hammer mill to a size of not more than 2 mm. They are mixed with water and supplied into a disintegrator, where they are ground to a size of not more than 1 mcm. Grounded product is transferred into a settler. Cooling is performed to temperature not higher than 35 °C. Finely dispersed spattering of settling contents with concentrated soil solution and holding for not less than 48 hours at temperature of 20–25 °C. Finished liquid product is drained.EFFECT: production of a product improving soil fertility and quality of plant products.1 cl, 1 dwg
