titleOfInvention Injector and delivery device for use in underground coal gasification and method of operation of discharge device
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for continuous injection of high concentration of oxidant into underground coal bed during underground gasification of coal. Delivery device comprises a gas pipe, a mechanical cutting device and a nozzle which are gas-tightly connected in series to each other. Flexible pipe is used to move the delivery device through the shank of the well to the predetermined position in the underground coal bed. Mechanical cutting device is used to cut nozzle, if necessary, to remove remaining part of injector. Nozzle is intended for injecting coolant and oxidizer into coal bed for gasification. Nozzle comprises concentrically arranged central tube for flow of oxidiser and outer housing extending from connection end into injector pressure end of nozzle. Central tube and outer housing are connected by means of non-sealed spiral and form spiral passage for coolant flow. Proposed method comprises preparatory stage (connection of delivery device with underground ignition device, its transfer to preset ignition position), ignition phase and gasification phase. n EFFECT: technical result is safe and stable use of high-concentration oxidizer and obtaining high-quality and stable generator gas. n 17 cl, 6 dwg
