titleOfInvention Apparatus for purifying aqueous media contaminated with arsenic compounds
abstract FIELD: waste water treatment. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in purification of waste water from arsenic-containing compounds. Apparatus for cleaning aqueous media contaminated with arsenic compounds comprises storage tank 1 for storing water contaminated with arsenic-containing compounds, with feed, inlet and outlet branch pipes, coarse filter 2 with inlet and outlet nozzles, pump-batcher 3, column-type apparatus 4 and 5 of periodic action, in parallel connected to each other with supply and discharge branch pipes, hatches for loading and unloading sorbent, receiving container 6 with a mixer, inlet and outlet branch pipes, hatches for loading hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide, charging pump 7, reactor 8 with a jacket, a stirrer, a bubbling device, feed and discharge branch pipes, nutsch filter 9 of a detachable structure, which provides unloading of the residue and replacement of filter elements, equipped with inlet and drain branch pipes. Storage reservoir 1 is connected by outlet pipe to coarse filter 2, inlet pipes to column apparatuses 4 and 5 and nutsch filter 9, pump-metering device 7 is connected to supply pipes of column apparatuses, receiving tank 6 is connected to outlet branch pipe of column apparatuses 4 and 5 and inlet branch pipe of loading pump 7. Loading pump 7 is connected to feed pipe of reactor 8 and feed pipes of column apparatus 4 and 5. Nutsch filter 9 is connected to outlet branch pipe of reactor 8 and drain branch pipe to storage tank 1. n EFFECT: disclosed device enables sorption concentration and detoxification of aqueous media contaminated with arsenic compounds to obtain an end product corresponding to hazard class IV (GOST-12.1007-76) which is practically insoluble in water and aqueous solutions of alkalis and acids. n 1 cl, 1 dwg
