FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: described is a method of changing a polypeptide function containing an Fc region of IgG, which includes stages of heterodimerisation of the Fc region by introducing an amino acid mutation(s) into a first polypeptide and/or a second polypeptide forming an Fc region, and introducing an amino acid mutation(s) to change a function Fc region compared to when the Fc region forms a homodimer, where any one mutation series from (i) to (vi) is introduced into the amino acid sequence of any polypeptide from the first polypeptide or second polypeptide constituting the Fc region of IgG, and any one mutation series from (vii) to (ix) is introduced into the amino acid sequence of the other polypeptide. Also described is a method for heterodimerisation of the Fc region by introducing amino acid mutation(s) into a first polypeptide and/or a second polypeptide constituting an Fc region, and introducing amino acid mutation(s) to change the function of the Fc region compared to when the Fc region forms homodimer, wherein one of sets of mutations (i)–(vi) is introduced into the amino acid sequence of the first polypeptide or the second polypeptide constituting the Fc region of IgG, any set of mutations from (vii)–(ix) is introduced into the amino acid sequence of the other polypeptide.EFFECT: invention improves the function of the Fc region compared to conventional homodimerised polypeptides containing the Fc region.12 cl, 54 dwg, 80 tbl, 38 ex |
