abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a compound of formula (1). Method is carried out by reacting propane diamine with tert-butoxycarbonyl in dichloromethane at temperature from 0 to 25 °C, then obtained compound reacts with diphenylacetyl chloride to obtain corresponding amide. In the acidic conditions, the protective amine is removed from the protective tert-butoxycarbonyl group set at the first step of the process. Further, the obtained amine derivative undergoes amino-ether exchange with 4-quinazolone-2-carboxylic acid ester to form the desired compound of formula (1). n (1). n EFFECT: method of producing a compound of formula (1), which strengthens the degree of cohesiveness of the complex substance TRPV4-KCa2.3. n 1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl
