abstract | FIELD: electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and specifically to development of a new type of electrode material based on transition and alkali metal pyrophosphates for metal-ion batteries for use in secondary current sources. As electrode material for metal-ion accumulators based on pyrophosphates of transition and alkali metals new compound with general formula is taken A(VM)PO, where A is alkali metal cation (Na, Li, K, Rb) and mixture thereof; -1 <δ<1, 0≤x <1, M – Cr, Fe, Mn, Co, Ni, Mg, Zn, Al, Ga and mixture thereof, characterized by a crystalline structure of the KAlPOtype, previously not known and not used in combination with alkali metal Na in materials for metal-ion batteries. Synthesis of compound NaVPOis carried out by forming a new compound NaV(HPO), also previously not known and not used for production of electrode materials.EFFECT: high specific energy capacity (more than 390 W*h/kg), cycling stability, ease of production, ability to work at high cycling speeds (over 10 °C), development of a unique method for synthesis thereof.10 cl, 11 dwg, 3 ex, 1 tbl |
