titleOfInvention Knee joint valgus-varus deformity correction method
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and aims at correction of valgus-varus deformities of knee joint. Vertical osteotomy of the femoral condyle is performed from an end of the diaphyseal to an intercondylar fossa, guided by a tibial axis deflected to the outside at valgus deformation or inside the varus deformation. With valgus deformation, a vertical osteotomy of the internal femoral condyle is performed, and in varus deformation, an external osteotomy of the external condyle of the thigh is performed. External fixation apparatus is followed by a closed osteosynthesis of the osteotomized fragment of the condyle.EFFECT: method allows excluding recurrences of deformation, completely recovering axial disturbance and recovering support function by performing vertical osteotomy, as a result of which reparative process is considerably faster.1 cl, 4 dwg
