abstract FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to production of biologically active agents possessing immunomodulating properties, based on natural raw materials, and can be used as a food additive for medical and preventive purposes. Food humic preparation contains humic substances represented by salts of humic acids, fulvic acids and their salts, at that humic preparation is produced from brown coal by ultrasonic cavitation dispersing. Mass of humic substances makes 0.5–20 % of total weight of the preparation. Food humic preparation additionally includes ionic silver in an amount of not more than 5 mg/l. Invention also relates to a method for producing food humic agent.EFFECT: technical result is providing the possibility of increasing body cells digestion of useful substances, removing harmful substances from body cells, improving gastrointestinal function, enhancing nonspecific and specific body resistance to pathogens of various nature, as well as general strengthening effect on the body.13 cl
