titleOfInvention Crystalline forms of 1-((2r,4r)-2-(1h-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)-3-(4-cyanophenyl)urea maleate
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to crystalline form of maleate 1-((2R,4R)-2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)-3-(4-cyano-phenyl)urea, which has X-ray powder diffraction pattern including peaks at 2θ: 11.6, 12.1 and 19.6 °2θ ± 0.2 °2θ. Also described is a pharmaceutical composition based on the crystalline form of said urea maleate. n n n n EFFECT: technical result is obtaining urea maleate, which has improved chemical and thermal stability during storage, low hygroscopicity while maintaining chemical and enantiomeric stability. n 12 cl, 7 ex, 8 tbl, 5 dwg
