abstract | FIELD: agriculture. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Truss bar of racer of sprinkler machine, zinc-plated by method of hot zinc plating, contains rod (1) of round cross-section, at the ends of which there are welded lugs (2) with mounting hole (3) made in form of plates. Ends of rod (1) are welded into rectangular cutouts arranged in advance in lugs (2). Ends of rod (1) are scrapped on both sides of lugs (2). All angles (4) of eyes of lugs (2) are rounded, and width of lugs (2) is equal to where b is optimum width of lug (2), mm; d s is diameter of truss bar rod (1), mm; σ ts is yield point of steel from which rod (1) is made, kgf/mm 2 ; t n is thickness of eye (2), mm; σ tn – yield strength of steel, which is manufactured eye (2) kgf/mm 2 ; d om – diameter of mounting hole (3) of eye (2), mm; π is Pi number, 3.1415. n EFFECT: reduced metal consumption and increased reliability of structure, reduced level of possible risks of industrial injuries during manufacture, movement and installation of spacing arms. n 4 cl, 5 dwg |
