abstract |
FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for coating a surface of a circular crankcase of a gas turbine engine in the form of an abradable layer obtained during resin polymerisation. Device for applying coating on surface of annular casing of gas turbine engine in form of abradable layer obtained during polymerization of resin, comprises first support means and means of distributing resin, previously applied on casing surface, which are installed on first means and are configured to distribute resin on said casing surface, and means for unwinding plastic film to be arranged between distribution means and resin. Uncoiling means are installed on first means. Proposed plant comprises application device and bogie for transportation and rotation of gas turbine engine circular casing. Cart comprises means to rotate jacket around substantially horizontal axis of rotation of housing. Method of coating on surface of annular casing of gas-turbine engine by means of plant comprises the following automated stages: casing is rotated, resin is applied on said surface, resin is distributed with its covering by plastic film. These stages are preferably stopped until complete rotation of the casing.EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is simple design, high cost effectiveness and providing a good surface state of a reliably and quickly deposited abradable layer.19 cl, 17 dwg |
