abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to packaging and relates to a film based on polymers and plasticisers, an element containing a film, a method for production thereof and versions of use thereof. Film is produced based on a composition containing at least one polymer and at least one plasticiser, wherein said composition is characterized by a calculated glass transition temperature (Tg) ranging from -35 °C to 40 °C, preferably from -20 °C to 10 °C. Film exhibits rebound resilience of less than 15 %, preferably less than 10 %, wherein the calculated glass transition temperature Tg is the temperature value estimated for the mixing polymers according to Fox's theory in accordance with the predetermined equation, wherein the film has thickness of 0.1 to 10 mm, and at least one polymer is selected from polymers or copolymers with temperature Tg, ranging from -70 °C to 100 °C, and tan delta value equal to at least 0.9.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain films for packaging, which demonstrate high protective properties, while simultaneously being capable of stretching, absorbing mechanical energy of impacts and vibrations, ease of use, and are as thin as possible.14 cl, 4 dwg, 13 tbl, 3 ex
