titleOfInvention Method of treating chronic generalized periodontitis of mild severity
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used for treating chronic generalized periodontitis of mild severity. Proposed method comprises ingestion of plant origin in form of phyto-cocktail based on complex phyto-adaptogens – 70 % alcohol extracts of common licorice, rhodiola rosea, eleuterococcus in ratio of components 2:1:1. Phyto-cocktail is taken into the periods of exacerbation of chronic periodontitis of mild degrees for 28 days with dosage of the phyto-cocktail depending on the human chronotype, for the morning chronotype individuals – 45 drops in morning to 10.00 o'clock, for individuals of independent chronotype – 20 drops 3 times a day, for persons of evening chronotype – 30 drops at 14.00 and 20 drops in 19.00. Herewith phyto-cocktail reception is performed after complex pathogenetic therapy, which can be performed by oral sanation, occupational hygiene with the help of ultrasound, polishing brushes and pastes, antiseptic treatment of the oral cavity in the form of irrigation with 0.05 % chlorhexidine solution, for removal of soft and hard dental deposits.EFFECT: use of the method provides effective arrest of inflammatory process in parodontium and prolonged remission periods.1 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
