titleOfInvention | Catalyst composition for olefin polymerisation and use thereof |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a catalyst composition for olefin polymerisation, comprising the following components: a) a solid catalyst component containing magnesium, titanium, halogens, and at least one internal electron donor having an unshared electron pair; b) an alkyl aluminium compound and c) an external electron donor, having a first external electron donor C1 and a second outer electron donor C2, where the ratio of the number of moles of the first external electron donor to the number of moles of the second external electron donor is (1–20):(20–1); wherein an internal electron donor is selected from a group comprising esters of diols, succinates, phthalates and diethers; in which first external electron donor C1 is malonate, which is described by general formula represented by formula (I),in which Rdenotes unsubstituted C-C-hydrocarbyl group, and Rand R, identical or different from each other, are selected from a group comprising hydrogen, halogens and unsubstituted C-C-hydrocarbyl groups; in which the second outer electron donor C2 is selected from a group comprising silanes and diethers; where silanes are described by general formula RRSi (OR), in which Rand R, identical or different from each other, independently can be selected from a group comprising C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-cycloalkyl groups and C-C-aryl groups, in which Ris selected from a group comprising C-C-alkyl groups and C-C-piclovyl groups, and m'' and n'' are integers ranging from 0 to 3, respectively, and m''+ n''<4; where the diethers are described by a general formula represented by formula (IV),in which Rand R, identical or different from each other, are selected from a group comprising unsubstituted linear chain C-C-alkyl groups, having a branched-chain C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-aryl groups, C-C-alkylaryl groups and C-C-arylalkyl groups, Rand Roptionally connected to ring formation or not connected to each other; where esters of diols are described by general formula represented by formula (II),in which Rand R, identical or different from each other, are selected from a group comprising unsubstituted C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-aryl groups, C-C-alkylaryl groups and C-C-arylalkyl groups; Rand R, identical or different from each other, are selected from a group comprising hydrogen and unsubstituted linear chain C-C-alkyl groups, having a branched-chain C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-aryl groups, and C-C-alkylaryl or arylalkyl groups; and Rand R, identical or different from each other, are selected from a group comprising unsubstituted linear chain C-C-alkyl groups having a branched-chain C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-aryl groups, and C-C-alkylaryl or arylalkyl groups; where the succinates are selected from group comprising 2,3-diisopropyl succinate; where phthalates are described by general formula represented by formula (III),in which Ris selected from a group comprising linear chain C-C-alkyl groups, having a branched-chain C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-cycloalkyl groups, C-C-aryl groups, C-C-alkylaryl groups and C-C-arylalkyl groups; and in which R-R, identical or different from each other, are selected from a group comprising hydrogen, unsubstituted linear chain C-C-alkyl groups having a branched-chain C-C-alkyl groups, C-C-cycloalkyl groups, C-C-aryl groups and C-C-alkylaryl groups; where the ratio of the number of moles of component a) to the number of moles of component b), calculated based on the ratio of the number of moles of titanium to the number of moles of aluminium, is 1:(5-1000), and the ratio of the number of moles of component a) to the number of moles of component c), calculated based on the ratio of the number of moles of titanium to the number of moles of the external electron donor, is 1:(0.1–100). Also disclosed is a catalyst system for prepolymerisation, comprising a prepolymer obtained by prepolymerisation of an olefin in the presence of a catalyst composition described above, and a method of polymerising an olefin, involving polymerisation of an olefin in the presence of a catalyst composition described above, or a catalyst system for prepolymerisation described earlier.EFFECT: obtaining a catalyst composition having high activity, stereospecificity and sensitivity to hydrogen, which enables to obtain polymers having a broader molecular weight distribution.19 cl, 6 tbl, 28 ex |
