titleOfInvention Method of producing a moisture-absorbing composite polymer material with microbiological additives
abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of high-molecular compounds, particularly to a method of producing a composite polymer material enriched with microorganisms. Described is a method of producing moisture-absorbing composite polymer material. Initiating mixture is added to polysaccharide solution in 2 % aqueous solution of acetic acid. Reaction mixture is held under intensive stirring for 15–40 minutes. Then, a solution of acrylamide in (meth)acrylic acid is added to the mixture at ratio of 0.1:0.9 to 0.9:0.1 molar ratio and N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide or diethylene glycol dimethacrylate or propylene glycol dimethacrylate in amount of 0.05–10.0 wt. parts. Reaction mass is held while stirring for 5 hours at temperature of 80 °C. Obtained gel is dried. Polymer material is ground to particles with diameter of 5 mm. After that microbiological preparation "Phytosporin-M" is added in amount of 0.01–0.03 wt. parts on surface of polymer material.EFFECT: increased amount of absorbed water during operation of composite polymer material, improvement of soil microbiological indices, simplification of technology of manufacturing of gel filled with microorganisms at preservation of water absorption properties at level of existing filled and unfilled analogues.1 cl, 7 ex
