titleOfInvention Method of treating females with infertility caused by adenomyosis
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, can be used in conservative treatment of females with adenomyosis combined with infertility. For treatment of females with infertility caused by adenomyosis, hormonal therapy aimed at reducing endometriosis centers within 3 months is performed. After that, ultrasound examination of pelvic organs is used to determine uterus volume and thickness of transition zone. If uterine volume is equal to 70 cmor less, thickness of transition zone is equal to or less than 7 mm, therapy aimed at ovulation stimulation is performed. When uterine volume 70 cmand the thickness of transition zone 7 mm hormone therapy aimed at reducing endometriosis, was continued for 3 months. That is followed by the ultrasonic examination of the pelvic organs and the uterus volume and the thickness of the transitional zone, and if the uterine volume is equal to 70 cmor less, the thickness of the transitional zone is equal to or less than 7 mm, a therapy is applied to stimulate ovulation. If the uterus is more than 70 cmand the thickness of the transition zone is more than 7 mm, in vitro fertilization (IVF) is performed.EFFECT: method enables increasing pregnancy rate in patients with infertility caused by adenomyosis, to specify a differentiated approach to the selection of optimal therapeutic regimens by detecting an objective indicator (uterus volume and thickness of the transitional zone), which is a criterion of the effectiveness of the hormonal therapy, a marker of preparing a woman for a successful IVF procedure.1 cl, 3 ex
