abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to methods for determining severity of ischemic involvement of lower extremities, including its malignant form – critical ischemia of lower extremities (CILE). Disclosed is a method for determining the severity of ischemic involvement of anatomical zones of lower extremities, consisting in the fact that using conventional medical laboratory techniques such rheological factors as: D-dimer (D), leukocytes (L), thrombocytes (T), fibrinogen (F). Parameters of blood flow velocity V and regional systolic blood pressure RSBP for four zones of lower extremities are determined using devices for ultrasonic Doppler tests. n EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of determining the severity of ischemic involvement of lower extremities by controlling the hemostasis and vascular blood flow in various anatomical zones of the lower extremities with calculating the severity of ischemic involvement using fuzzy models of decision making. n 1 cl |
