FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a method for reducing individual's blood glucose concentration after meals, comprising administering to said individual an effective amount of a combination of peptides derived from sea fish, and nucleotides recovered from fish milt, wherein said combination is administered to an individual before or during meals; wherein peptides isolated from sea fish and nucleotides recovered from fish milt are present in ratio from 2:1 to 10:1 of total weight of said combination; wherein peptides isolated from sea fish are obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis. Group of inventions also relates to a composition containing peptides isolated from sea fish and nucleotides recovered from fish milt at ratio of 10:1 (weight/weight) relative to total weight.EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduction of blood glucose level of an individual.14 cl, 1 ex, 4 tbl |
