titleOfInvention Method for direct selective flotation of lead-zinc ores
abstract FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flotation concentration of lead-zinc ores, particularly to control of selective flotation of lead-zinc ores, involving separation of minerals using reagents of flotation modifiers, dosage of which is corrected by electrochemical potential of pulp. Method for direct selective flotation of lead-zinc ores involves grinding in alkaline medium, conditioning with floatation reagents and operation of inter-cycle, control and cleaning flotation. After the first grinding step initial ore is subjected to sand lead flotation, in which soda is used as a medium regulator, sodium sulphate and sodium fluorosilicate are used as reagents of flotation modifiers. During flotation, foam and stone products are obtained. Foamed product is subjected to clean-up lead flotation after re-grinding, where sulphurous sodium is used as modifying agent reagent. During clean lead flotation there is produced lead concentrate directed for metallurgical processing and lead industrial product directed for hydrometallurgical processing. Chamber product of sand lead flotation after the second stage of grinding is subjected to the main lead flotation with production of foam product, which after after-grinding is supplied for clean lead flotation, and chamber product is supplied to control lead flotation. Foam product of control lead flotation is directed for hydrometallurgy. Chamber product is directed to the main zinc flotation where the modifier reagent used is copper sulphate. Foam product of the main zinc flotation after re-grinding is supplied for cleaning zinc flotation, where as a modifier reagent there used is copper sulphate, to obtain a zinc concentrate, which is directed to metallurgical processing, and zinc industrial product – for hydrometallurgy. Chamber product of the main zinc flotation is supplied to control zinc flotation, during which foam product is obtained, which is directed to hydrometallurgy and tailings to dump. Reagent consumption is controlled by optimum ratio between values of electric potentials of bimetallic pair of electrodes. If the values of potentials of the bimetallic electrode pair are increased, the dosage is increased, while decreasing the potential values, the dosage is reduced.EFFECT: high selectivity of flotation separation of lead-zinc ores.1 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl, 3 ex
