FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Method of producing culture media for culturing bifido- and lactobacteria involves preparing nutrient media based on hydrolysates of starch-containing grain raw material obtained by pretreating suspensions of renewable starch-containing grain material in ratio with water 1:5–1:40 proteolytic enzyme preparations in dose of 0.5–4.0 % and amylolytic enzyme preparations in dose of 1.0–3.0 %.
