titleOfInvention Method for production of inonotus rheades mycelium enriched with 6-(3,4-dihydroxystyryl)-4-hydroxy-2-pyron (hispidin)
abstract FIELD: pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing medicinal raw materials of fungal origin containing hispidin. A method for preparing a medicinal raw material of fungal origin, containing 6-(3,4-dihydroxystyryl)-4-hydroxy-2-pyrone (hispidin), by culturing an Inonotus rheades mycelium, where pre-dried wood discsRoth (Betulaceae) are soaked in water, then autoclaved for an hour and then subjected to inoculation with seven-day vegetative mycelium: on bottom of sterile chamber placed wood discs, on each of which is transferred pieces of vegetative mycelium, and covered from above with the second disks, after which the chamber is closed and further incubation is carried out in darkness for 5–7 days with closed breathing holes, then incubation is continued with continuous irradiation for 30 days with open breathing holes, the obtained mycelial mass is removed from sterile chambers and separated by cutting with a scalpel from wood discs, then dried and packed.EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an Inonotus rheades mycelium with high content of hispidin.1 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex
