abstract FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modified bitumen binder for asphalt-concrete mixtures, roofing and insulating materials. Binder contains bitumen and a modifier containing bitumen, rubber crumbs from crumbled spent automobile tires, a structure-forming agent and hydrocarbon oil. Modifier, which is 3.0–10.0 wt% of bitumen, additionally contains saturated low-molecular carbon-chain rubber, unsaturated high-molecular carbon-chain rubber. Hydrocarbon oil is industrial oil with ignition temperature of not lower than 220 °C, and the rubber crumb has a size of not more than 1.5 mm and a specific geometrical surface value of not less than 7,000 cm/g. Structure-forming agent used is textile corduroy lint in the form of randomly grouped amorphous lumpy structures of monofilament segments of textile corduroy of recycled car tires with length of not more than 10.0 mm and diameter of not more than 0.1 mm, wherein pieces of textile cord monofilaments have random spatial zigzag shape.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of asphalt-concrete coatings and elasticity of insulating and roofing materials, improvement of universality of modified bitumen binder to types of mineral fillers.1 cl, 8 tbl
