abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of infertility in females of reproductive age with hypothalamic syndrome. For this purpose, in peripheral blood and aspirate from uterine cavity in women of reproductive age with hypothalamic syndrome and body weight index greater than or equal to 30, lymphocyte subpopulations values are determined CD3CD19, CD3CD4, CD3CD8, CD3CD19, CD3CD(1656) and immunoregulatory index – CD4/CD8depending on the menstrual cycle, namely on 5th and 21st days.
