titleOfInvention Method for infertility prediction in females with hypothalamic syndrome
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of infertility in females of reproductive age with hypothalamic syndrome. For this purpose, in peripheral blood and aspirate from uterine cavity in women of reproductive age with hypothalamic syndrome and body weight index greater than or equal to 30, lymphocyte subpopulations values are determined CD3CD19, CD3CD4, CD3CD8, CD3CD19, CD3CD(1656) and immunoregulatory index – CD4/CD8depending on the menstrual cycle, namely on 5th and 21st days. If the lymphocyte subpopulations are on 5th day of the menstrual cycle in the peripheral blood CD3CD19from 1.08 to 1.19×10/l; CD3CD4from 0.51 to 0.55×10/l; CD3CD8from 0.35 to 0.40×10/l; CD3CD19from 0.38 to 0.47×10/l; CD3CD(1656) from 0.37 to 0.43×10/l immunoregulatory index – CD4/CD81.45–1.37, on 21st day of menstrual cycle in peripheral blood CD3CD19from 1.20 to 1.51×10/l; CD3CD4from 0.56 to 0.65×10/l; CD3CD8from 0.41 to 0.45×10/l; CD3CD19from 0.38 to 0.46×10/l; CD3CD(1656) from 0.38 to 0.44×10/l immunoregulatory index – CD4/CD81.36–1.22, in an endometrial aspirate on 5th day of the menstrual cycle CD3CD19from 1.1 to 1.22×10/l; CD3CD4from 0.54 to 0.58×10/l; CD3CD8from 0.36 to 0.42×10/l; CD3CD19from 0.40 to 0.49×10/l; CD3CD(1656) from 0.45 to 0.54×10/l; immunoregulatory index – CD4/CD81.59–1.21, on 21st day of the menstrual cycle in the endometrial aspirate CD3CD19from 1.22 to 1.53×10/l; CD3CD4from 0.54 to 0.57×10/l; CD3CD8from 0.43 to 0.47×10/l; CD3CD19from 0.49 to 0.55×10/l; CD3CD(1656) from 0.39 to 0.46×10/l immunoregulatory index – CD4/CD81.34–1.42 predict infertility in females with hypothalamic syndrome.EFFECT: using this method enables predicting infertility in females of reproductive age with hypothalamic syndrome and body weight index greater than or equal to 30 by evaluating immune responses at the systemic and local level of the female body.1 cl, 3 tbl, 4 dwg, 2 ex
