titleOfInvention Method of treating oncological diseases by drug injections
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in treating oncological diseases. Method involves introducing a water-containing suspension of liposomes of the same diameter with an encapsulated anti-tumor drug preparation. Prior to administering a suspension of liposomes of the same diameter with an encapsulated anti-tumor drug, a mixture of three suspensions of liposomes of three different diameters having the same lipid composition is administered intravenously, wherein each liposomes of the same diameter contain the same fluorescent dyes, wherein the dyes are selected so that the maximum emission peaks are not completely superimposed on each other. First suspension is obtained by passing a suspension of liposomes containing one of the dyes through an extruder equipped with a membrane with a pore diameter of 200 nm, second suspension is obtained by passing a suspension of liposomes containing another dye through an extruder equipped with a membrane with a pore diameter of 100 nm, a third suspension is obtained by passing a suspension of liposomes containing a third dye through an extruder equipped with a membrane with pore diameter of 50 nm. After the mixture of suspensions of liposomes is introduced, the fluorescence intensity of the liposomes accumulated in the tumor tissue is determined depending on the diameter of the liposomes, and the diameter of the liposomes with the highest degree of accumulation in the tumor tissue is selected. Drug preparation is administered intravenously encapsulated in liposomes with the same lipid composition and diameter providing the highest degree of accumulation in the tumor tissue. n EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by tumor growth retardation. n 1 cl, 3 ex
