FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an extruded catalyst. Described is a method of producing an extruded selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst in which a catalyst composition is extruded to obtain a catalyst body, where in order to obtain the desired rheological properties of the catalyst composition, the catalyst composition contains a fraction of an inorganic binder which is catalytically inactive in the initial state and is formed from at least one binder component consisting of individual particles, which are treated so as to develop catalytic activity prior to admixing thereof into the catalyst composition, where the individual particles contain (i) diatomaceous earth particles, each of which is coated with a catalytically active zeolite layer, (ii) particles of diatomaceous earth, which are at least partially and preferably completely converted to catalytically active zeolite structures, while maintaining the shape of such particles. n EFFECT: technical result is high catalytic activity. n 13 cl, 4 dwg |
