FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and molecular biology. Disclosed is an adenoviral genome for protecting adenovirus from neutralizing antibodies, characterized by that it contains a sequence coding an albumin-binding site inserted in the coding region of hypervariable portion 1 (HVR1) of hexone protein, which leads to expression of the fused protein, containing a hexone protein and an albumin-binding site, and wherein the albumin-binding portion is located on the outer surface of the hexone protein when the hexone protein assembly takes place in the adenoviral capsid. n EFFECT: invention can be used in medicine in preventing and/or treating cancer. n 33 cl, 12 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
