abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel compound of formula (2) and variants thereof, which are FLT3 receptor antagonists. In general structural formula (2) n n n n X is CONH or triazolyl; Y is SO 2 , Q is selected from a group of formulas: n and , n where Q 1 and Q 2 are CH; Q 3 is selected from O, S, N and NH; Q 4 is selected from C, N and CO; Q 5 is selected from C and N; R 6 is selected from H, OH, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl and alkoxy, R 1 is OH; R 2 is H; R 3 is selected from H, OR 11 , halogen and O-(CH 2 ) p -O-alkyl; R 4 is selected from H, alkyl, halogen, CN, trifluoromethyl, CO-alkyl, phenyl and benzyl; provided that one of R 3 and R 4 is H; R 5 is H; two of R 2 and R 3 , or R 3 and R 4 , or R 4 and R 5 together with carbon atoms, to which they are bonded, form an aromatic ring containing 5–6 members, and the rest of R 2 -R 5 are H, R 7 and R 8 are alkyl or R 7 and R 8 together with atom N, to which they are attached, form group of formulas: n , or , n where R 10 is selected from H, alkyl, halogen, trifluoromethyl, aryl and hydroxyalkyl, or two adjacent groups R 10 together with ring atoms, to which they are bonded, form an aryl group; or R 7 and R 8 together with atom N, to which they are attached form group of formula , where Z is a group NR 14 , where R 14 is selected from phenyl, benzyl and pyrimidyl, or R 7 is H and R 8 is cycloalkyl, preferably cyclohexyl and adamantyl, R 11 is H or alkyl; R 15 represents a group selected from H, halogen, OH and alkoxy; s is 0, 1, 2 or 3; n is 1 with the exception of N-(5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(piperidin-1-sulphonyl) benzamide.
