abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents a method for preventing and treating intra- and postoperative parenchymal hemorrhage in combined lung operations with partial or total costal pleurectomy in patients with initial risk of developing venous thromboembolic complications, consisting in that intraoperative, at the stage of pleural cavity examination, before pleurectomy patient is administered injection of terlipressin intravenously micro-jet in starting dose 1.0 mg for 30 minutes, followed by intravenous drip infusion of fresh frozen plasma: in partial pleurectomy – 4 ml/kg, total pleurectomy – 11 ml/kg, further in order to prescribe early thromboprophylaxis to patients with initial risk of developing venous thromboembolic complications for next 48 hours, micro-jet administration of terlipressin 1 mg every 8 hours is prescribed and thromboprophylaxis is prescribed with fraxiparine 0.4 twice a day under the control of hemostasis values.EFFECT: application of the method provides fast and high-quality hemostatic effect in radical combined pulmonary operations with partial or total costal pleurectomy.1 cl, 2 ex |
