abstract | FIELD: processing and preserving of wood and similar materials.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to woodworking, particularly, to production of single-layer or multilayer lignocellulose materials. Components of separate layers are mixed, the obtained mixture is scattered to form a mat, if necessary, the formed mat is pre-compacted and the mat is hot pressed. Mixture containing use of 50 to 99 wt. % of organic isocyanate with at least two isocyanate groups or corresponding mixtures, from 1 to 50 wt. % of an organic anhydride of carboxylic acid with 4–15 carbon atoms or corresponding mixtures and 0–30 wt. % of auxiliary components or corresponding mixtures. Besides, the group of inventions includes a single-layer or multilayer lignocellulose material with a core and, optionally, at least one upper coating layer and one lower coating layer, as well as use of single-layer and multilayer lignocellulose materials.EFFECT: reduction of formaldehyde emission.16 cl |
