titleOfInvention System and method of controlling moisture in therapy with maintaining pressure
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to pressure maintenance system (10) and electronic data medium. System (10) is configured to adjust parameters of flow of respiratory gas under pressure, supplied to subject (12). System comprises pressure generator (14) configured to generate a respiratory gas flow under pressure to be supplied to an individual's respiratory tract. System includes humidifier (16) configured to humidify the flow of respiratory gas under pressure. System has sensors (18) configured to generate output signals carrying information relating to parameters of the flow of pressurized breathing gas. System comprises user interface (20) configured to receive feedback information from a subject indicating a comfort level with respect to the flow of pressurized breathing gas. System includes physical computer processors (22) which, owing to computer-readable instructions, are configured to control a pressure generator and a humidifier for feeding a respiratory gas flow under pressure to a subject, in accordance with a preset therapeutic mode, based on the output signals. Processors are configured to receive feedback information input through a user interface. Processors are configured to perform automatic control of flow of respiratory gas under pressure to increase comfort level of the subject. Automatic adjustment is based on received feedback information and output signals and includes adjustment of pressure and/or humidifier generator. Due to computer-readable instructions, processors (22) are additionally configured to receive additional feedback information introduced through the user interface after automatic adjustment. Processors are configured to provide a subject with a hint through a user interface for manual adjustment of a pressure generator, a humidifier or an ambient environment based on additional feedback information. Electronic data medium contains computer-readable instructions stored in electronic form, which, when executing a computer program, cause physical computer processors (22) to function.EFFECT: technical result is user feedback through user interface on operating condition of system and ambient conditions.11 cl, 4 dwg
